The recipe calls for greek yogurt and olive oil mayonnaise but you can substitute the mayonnaise for using all greek yogurt if you want to reduce your fat even more. 90 g Greek Yogurt

90 g Olive Oil Mayonnaise

8 g Garlic cloves

20 g Lime Juice

50 g Diced Green Chiles

4 g (2 tsp.) Hatch Chili Powder

17 g (1/2 bunch) Cilantro

3 g (1 tsp) Onion Powder

Kosher Salt to taste

Prep time 10 minutes

-Place all of the ingredients into a hand blender pitcher or blender. We like to use a hand blender since the recipe yields a smaller amount of sauce.

-Blend until the sauce is creamy and smooth.

-You can let it rest in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend or enjoy immediately.
